What a difference a few months makes! Remember Grimm, the German Shepherd with severe aggression? Take a quick peek at Grimm back in January when we first met him and then a peek at him today. What an amazing transformation!
Ray (co-owner, lead behaviorist and resident aggression expert) worked with Grimm and his family to take a very holistic approach to Grimm’s training program. Starting in the home environment, we implemented a system of rules and structure and essentially controlled all aspects of Grimm’s life. We added in training tools that allowed Grimm’s parents to give him fair input to help him understand how to correct his behavior. We layered in obedience training to get Grimm using his mind, increase engagement with his parents and further strengthen and enhance their relationship.
Grimm went from a dog with severe aggression to one that is happy, balanced and behaved. We couldn’t be more proud of the work that Grimm and his family put in and are honored to have joined them on his training journey!
